What we can work through
You don't need to have all the answers. You don't even need to know where to start.
Counselling is a space to show up exactly as you are and slowly, gently, begin to understand what's going on beneath the surface.
I offer one-to-one counselling online or in-person from a dedicated space in Chelmsford. I work with Adults (18+), adolescence and young people (16+), at their own pace, in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
Here you'll find a long list of the issues I regularly support clients with. Please don't feel overwhelmed by it, and if you don't see your experienced named here, it doesn't mean I can't help. You're welcome to get in touch and we can talk it through together.

Many of these overlap. You might not know exactly what you're struggling with, only that you are. That's more than enough to begin.
Let's talk. I offer a free 15 minute intro call so we can get a sense of whether counselling with me feels right for you.
